Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AniltX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

AniltX provides visitor identification and lead intelligence services for website owners. The Service includes:

  • Device fingerprinting and visitor tracking
  • IP intelligence and geolocation
  • B2B contact enrichment
  • Analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings
  • Funnels and conversion tracking
  • Live chat widget
  • AniltX AI conversational outreach
  • CRM integrations and API access

Subscription and Billing

Founders Club

We offer access through our Founders Club program - a one-time payment of $500 for 1-year full access with unlimited features. Founders Club members receive priority support, lifetime discounts on future pricing, and early access to new features. After the first year, a $200/month management fee applies.

Monthly Subscriptions

We offer tiered monthly subscription plans:

  • Free: 1,000 visitors/month, 0 enrichments, 0 IP lookups
  • Basic ($49/month or $588/year): 10,000 visitors/month, 100 enrichments, 1,000 IP lookups
  • Scale ($149/month or $1,788/year): 100,000 visitors/month, 500 enrichments, 10,000 IP lookups
  • Enterprise (Custom pricing): Unlimited visitors, custom enrichment and IP lookup limits, white-label options, dedicated support

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing adjustments.

Overages

If you exceed your plan's enrichment or IP lookup limits, overages are billed separately. Contact us for overage pricing details.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate any laws
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Use the Service to spam, phish, or send unsolicited communications
  • Share your API keys or account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • Overload our infrastructure with excessive API requests

Data Ownership

Your Data: You own all visitor browsing data collected from your website, including page views, click events, heatmaps, session recordings, and user behavior analytics. This is your customers' activity on your site.

Our Data: AniltX owns data provided through our enrichment services, including IP intelligence, geolocation data, B2B company information, and contact enrichment. This data is obtained through our third-party partnerships (IPInfo.io, Apollo.io) and provided to you under license as part of the Service.

You grant us a license to process your visitor data as necessary to provide analytics and lead identification services. We do not sell your visitor data to third parties.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for paid plans. Enterprise customers receive a dedicated SLA with 99.95% uptime guarantee.

Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

Termination

By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANILTX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AniltX operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
